Baloo is a sweet and gentle large shepherd mix who is looking for a second chance after his owner sadly passed away. This older guy is easy going and has great energy. He walks well on leash, loves children and is good with other dog’s. Basically he’s the total package.
Breed: Shepard Mix
Age: 2 Years
Zane was rescued from the Shafter Shelter and is headed towards the Pawsitive Change Prison Program. He is very affectionate and occasionally needs to be reminded that he isn't a lap dog. He gets along very well with other dogs, although he can be overwhelming to small dogs. A home with another dog is would be perfect for him, but we would suggest a dog that is close to his size. He has a lot of puppy left in him, so daily walks or fetch sessions would be awesome for him. He will be a great addition to a family looking for an affectionate pup, and an exceptional dog sibling. If you would like to give this big guy his furever home, apply to adopt him today.
Breed: Shepard Mix
Age: 1.5 Years
Baker is believed to be a little over a year old and looks to be a White Husky Shepherd Mix. Baker recently completed the Pawsitive Change Prison program and unfortunately the adopter that was lined up for him had some things come up so Baker is back up for adoption.
This boy is super sweet once he warms up to you. He loves women and kids but is unsure of men at first. He will need a patient family that can work with him on being comfortable and trusting. Once Baker warms up to you he loves to give hugs and kisses. Baker also loves to play and romp around like a puppy. He is also crate trained and potty trained. If you think Baker would be a good match for your family then please fill out his application.
Breed: Black Lab Mix
Age: 1 Year
Valentino or Tino for short, is a happy go lucky one year old black lab. He originally came to us from the shelter as a younger pup with burn marks on him. He is fully recovered from the burns he sustained but unfortunately the scars on his back will always be there. Tino doesn't let that stop him though as he is a super sweet pup and loves to play and be with his family. He is your typical black lab and is full of energy and would make a great running or hiking partner. Labs do calm down though and mature with age and make excellent family members. Tino is currently working on crate training and is doing well and will need a family to continue working on what he has learned with setting rules and boundaries. He also loves to play with other dogs and is fully housebroken. If you think you are wanting to welcome Tino into your family, please fill out an application.
