HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE 

One-time donation is a single ,tax-deductible individual contribution to Marley’s Mutts.

Monthly recurring donations gives Marley’s a predictable income while giving individuals a tax-deduction.  Individuals sign up to donate once per month via autopayment on their credit card.

Facebook birthday fundraiser raise funds among your peers. It’s easy to sign up on Facebook using this link. All tax-deductible donation info will be received from Facebook.

Employee Giving is arranged through employer payroll deductions. Check to see if your employer has this program. Your tax-deductible monthly, quarterly or yearly donation is sent to Marley’s Mutts in your name.

 

Employer Gift Matching can increase your donation if your employer participates has a program where they match your donation.  This allows you and your employer a tax-deductible means to support their employees and their causes.​

Combined Federal Campaign allows Federal employees/Retired Federal employees an opportunity to give through GiveCFC.org using Marley’s Mutts designation number:  85225

Planned Gifts are tax-deductible, but the deduction depends on many factors that should be discussed with a financial advisor.  Some examples of Planned Giving:

  • Donor Advised Funds (DAF)* is a charitable investment account that allows individuals to contribute money with account management.  DAFs are a popular way to give because they offer tax benefits and flexibility.  These funds can make a tremendous impact and no reporting by the nonprofit is required.

  • Charitable Bequest* is a gift to Marley’s Mutts through a will or trust.  The donor designates a specific amount of money from the estate to be given after passing.  This gift is part of estate planning.

  • Stock donations* may be 100% of the full fair market value from income taxes.
