Mutt Militia, meet Anastasia, our volunteer of the quarter! Anastasia has been volunteering with Marley’s Mutts for the past 5 months. She has always had a special place in her heart for dogs and had been following Marley’s Mutts for quite some time when she finally found a little extra time to become a volunteer. Anastasia’s favorite part of volunteering with Marley’s Mutts is just hanging out with the dogs and giving them all of her attention, from snuggles and walks to throwing the ball for them. She wants each dog to feel special and loved during her time with them. “Volunteering is the best feeling ever! Every time I leave the Ranch, my heart is so full of joy! The bond that you can create with the dogs are unlike any other.” Anastasia has a 9 year old terrier mix, Emma, and a 1 year old pit shepherd mix, Arnold. Aside from volunteering she enjoys snowboarding, cross fit and most of all, her 5 year old daughter, Scarlett.
